By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that participating in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) micro-tasks is an independent, dynamic activity subject to market forces, and not a traditional employment opportunity or guaranteed income stream.

2. THE "VISUAL BALANCE" AND WITHDRAWAL THRESHOLDS (LOCKED BALANCES)

As detailed in our Terms of Use, Apollo AI operates on a strict batch-completion model.

No Fiat Value Until Threshold is Met: The "Visual Balance" displayed in your dashboard is a gamified, internal tracking metric. It does NOT represent real fiat currency stored in a bank account, nor does it constitute a debt owed to you by Apollo AI.
Locked Funds Liability Waiver: You explicitly understand and agree that you have zero legal claim to the Visual Balance until the exact mathematical threshold of your specific Account Tier (Standard, VIP, or UltraVIP) is successfully reached. If you stop using the Platform, are banned for violating our Terms, or simply fail to reach the threshold, your balance will remain indefinitely locked and will eventually be forfeited. You agree to hold Apollo AI completely harmless and waive any right to litigate, sue, or dispute "locked" or "unreachable" balances.

3. DYNAMIC PRICING AND SUPPLY & DEMAND

The Apollo AI ecosystem is entirely dependent on the data needs of third-party Artificial Intelligence companies. Therefore, task mechanics are highly volatile:

Decreasing Task Values: The financial reward attached to individual tasks is dynamically priced based on real-time market Supply and Demand. As more users (Tutors) join the Platform, the supply of human feedback increases, which may result in a reduction of the payout per task over time.
Task Availability: We make absolutely no guarantees regarding the daily volume of tasks available to you. On certain days, task availability may be abundant; on other days, it may be scarce or zero. Apollo AI cannot be held liable if a lack of available tasks delays or prevents you from reaching your Tier's withdrawal threshold.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS (PAST VS. FUTURE RESULTS)

Any income representations, earning potentials, or visual examples presented on apollosystem.org, in our advertisements, or by affiliates are purely illustrative estimates based on maximum mathematical efficiency under perfect market conditions.

Past Performance is Not Indicative of Future Results: The fact that a specific user, or a group of Premium Tier users, achieved high earnings or reached their withdrawal threshold in the past provides no guarantee, promise, or implication that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Individual Variables: Your success depends entirely on uncontrollable variables, including your Tier level, daily consistency, task accuracy, and the global demand for AI data at the time of your participation. You accept the risk that your financial outcome may be zero.
