At Apollo AI (apollosystem.org), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our gamified RLHF platform and the proprietary architecture of our Account Tiers, we enforce a strict and transparent refund policy.
By purchasing any access pass, license, or Tier upgrade, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined below.
We offer a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Apollo AI Platform, you may request a full refund within exactly fourteen (14) calendar days from the original timestamp of your transaction.
Once the 14-calendar-day guarantee period has expired, all sales are considered final.
As stipulated in our Terms of Use, requesting a refund constitutes a unilateral termination of your active Work Batch.
By initiating any refund request, you immediately, automatically, and irrevocably forfeit all "Visual Balance" (unpaid earnings) accumulated in your Apollo AI account.
Once a refund is processed, your account balance is permanently zeroed, and you waive any right to claim compensation for tasks completed.
During the refund request process, our support team may occasionally offer you a complimentary account upgrade (e.g., a free transition to a VIP or PRO Tier) or alternative compensation as a courtesy to improve your experience and earnings potential.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against friendly fraud or unjustified chargebacks.
If you file a chargeback dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting support@apollosystem.org and allowing us the standard 48-72 hours to resolve the issue, we will consider it a breach of contract.
In such events, your account will be permanently banned, your IP address will be blacklisted across our network, and we will submit evidence of your Platform usage and this agreement to your bank to contest the dispute.
